What skill level is this for?This course was written for all levels of soccer players. We've written it to include modifications for younger players (8-14), but any player 14+ will be able to use this to improve. There are levels of difficultly in both the technical mastery and physical fitness and our assessment at the beginning of the course will help you determine which level you should begin with.

Our comprehensive soccer course goes beyond simple tutorials by providing a systematic approach to developing technical proficiency, soccer-specific fitness, athleticism, and mental toughness. Here's why our course stands out: Structured Curriculum: Our course is carefully designed by experienced coaches to ensure a progressive learning experience. We've programed each day to contain around 2 hours of activities (everything from watching content, to meditation, to specific drills). From my experience as a coach, if you want to progress FAST, this is the kind of commitment it that's needed. If you don't have 2 hours available everyday, you can move at your own pace and still make a lot of progress, you just might not finish everything in 28 days.

MEET YOUR COACH
Aaron Royce Jones
I've trained players of all ages and coached club soccer, high school teams, and individuals for the past 16 years in California, Italy, Finland, and Sweden. I did this all while pursuing my own career as a professional. Despite taking up the sport late, at age 12, with focus and dedication, I was able to play in second and third divisions throughout Europe.
In addition to my years of soccer coaching experience, I worked as a speed and agility coach for 4 years and I have a certification for physical training from Solvalla Idrottsinstitut in Helsinki, Finland.
I worked extensively with a sports psychology coach during my playing career. Since then, I've developed my own winning methodologies and seek to instill a growth mindset in every player I work with.
